2025 Second Half Small Group Improvement Event Release

On November 03, 2025, Monday, the Final Release Meeting of 2025 Second Half Small Group Improvement Event was held. There were total 17 groups participating in this Small Group Improvement Event. After efforts made by various groups and release and selection of candidates at various business departments, a total of seven groups were recommended to attend this company-level final release meeting.

Prior to the official release, Nakai, deputy of the Company made an opening speech, congratulating seven groups that were able to stand out and participate in the finals. He once again emphasized the purpose of the small group improvement event and expected that everyone could identify areas of troubles or problems in their daily work, using the results therefrom as a starting point for improvement. Through the intensive and wonderful release of various groups and the final assessment by the judge panel, it was determined that: the first prize went to the Section 2 of Fine Chemical Production, the second to Management Section of High-performance Production, and the third to Finance, IT and Planning. Finally, the Deputy General Manager of Marketing provided detailed comments on each group and requested that everyone should use the prevailing AI, DX digitization, and other related contents in improvement activities by combining the Company’s operation policy. He expected them to achieve better performance in the subsequent event and thereafter.
